November 19 - 23:
 
  • The Special Issues Marijuana Committee will meet on Monday, November 19 at 1:30 p.m. and will have 15 minutes of public comment. 
  • There will be a 30 minute general public comment session before the meeting of Council on Monday, November 19 at 5 p.m. Sign up starts at noon on Friday, November 16.
  • The LUTI and FINGOV Committee meetings on Tuesday, November 20 have both been canceled.
  • The SAFETY & HOUSING and BIZ Committee meetings on Wednesday, November 21 have been both canceled.
  • City offices are closed on Thursday, November 22 in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
  • Legislative Services offices are closed on Friday, November 23 in observance of Thanksgiving Day.

  • 18-1341 Dedicates a parcel of land as public right of way as public alley, located at the alley bounded by East Asbury Avenue, South Broadway, East Jewell Avenue and South Lincoln Street in Council District 7.
  • 18-1347 Amends an on-call contract with MW Golden Constructors by adding one year for a new end date of 1-14-20 and amending the terms to increase the one-time work order cap to $3,000,000 to allow the contractor to participate in a competitive bid for the 405 South Platte Family - Crisis Center Relocation Project in Council District 7 (201524789).
  • 18-1348 Amends a contract with FCI Constructors Inc. by adding one year for a new end date of 1-14-20 and amending the terms to increase the one-time work order cap to $3,000,000 to allow the contractor to participate in a competitive bid for the 405 South Platte Family - Crisis Center Relocation Project in Council District 7 (201524775).
  • 18-1349 Amends a contract with Turner Construction Company by adding one year for a new end date of 1-14-20 and amending the terms to increase the one-time work order cap to $3,000,000 to allow the contractor to participate in a competitive bid for the 405 South Platte Family - Crisis Center Relocation Project in Council District 7 (201524803).
  • 18-1340 Approves a loan agreement with Broadway Developers LLC for $2,300,000 and for thirty years to support the construction of 102 units of income-restricted housing for residents earning 60% of area median income located at 21 West 1st Avenue in Council District 7, and includes as collateral the creation of 80 future affordable units in the Sloans Lake neighborhood for residents earning 80% AMI for thirty years (OEDEV-201738188-00).

  • 18-1263 A bill for an ordinance relinquishing the easements reserved in Ordinance No. 348, Series of 1972 and Ordinance No. 212, Series of 1956, recorded with the Denver Clerk & Recorder at Book No. 546, Page No. 138, and Book No. 7892, Page No. 79, respectively, located at 99 South Broadway. Relinquishes two separate easements in their entirety established in the Vacation Ordinance No. 348, Series of 1972, and Vacation Ordinance No. 212, Series of 1956, located at 99 South Broadway in Council District 7. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-10-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-6-18.
  • 18-1211 A bill for an ordinance assessing the annual costs of the continuing care, operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the Broadway Pedestrian Mall B Local Maintenance District upon the real property, exclusive of improvements thereon, benefited. Approves the 2019 annual costs of the continuing care, operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the Broadway Pedestrian Mall B Local Maintenance District in Council District 7. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-30-18.
  • 18-1212 A bill for an ordinance assessing the annual costs of the continuing care, operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the Phase II Broadway Pedestrian Mall Local Maintenance District upon the real property, exclusive of improvements thereon, benefited. Approves the 2019 annual costs of the continuing care, operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of the Phase II Broadway Pedestrian Mall Local Maintenance District in Council District 7. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-30-18.
