17-1427 Approves a grant agreement with the Colorado Department of Transportation accepting $540,000 and with matching City funds of $60,000 for a total of $600,000, as part of the Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Package I to fund the construction of two new traffic signals located at the intersections of 5th Avenue and Broadway, and 5th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Council District 7 (201738519).
