18-0381 Approves a $24,000 agreement with South Broadway Station Apartments LLC through 12-31-18 to use City-owned vacant land as a temporary parking lot at 1134 and 1136 South Broadway in Council District 7 (FINAN-201840879-00). 
18-0382 Sets a public hearing before City Council on 6-11-18 on the 101 Broadway Urban Redevelopment Plan in Council District 7.
