Location: Valverde Elementary School Auditorium, 2030 W. Alameda Blvd., Denver, CO 80223
Meeting Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 6:00-7:00 pm Details: Denver Public Works is installing a new storm drain system in W. Alameda Avenue between S. Decatur Street and S. Canosa Court. In addition, storm pipes will be installed in side streets between W. Alameda Avenue and W. Dakota Avenue. The purpose of the project is to improve flood protection during heavy storms and repair the Valverde ditch, which has been a safety concern for pedestrians. Construction activities are expected to begin in mid-November 2019 and be completed by summer 2020. This is a family friendly meeting and Spanish language interpretation will be provided. We hope you will stop by Valverde Elementary School to learn more about this construction project in your neighborhood. Construction Location: W.
