West Area Plan
The West Planning Area is made up of these six neighborhoods: Barnum, Barnum West, Sun Valley, Valverde, Villa Park and West Colfax. The area was selected to lead Phase II of the Neighborhood Planning Initiative because it has some of the oldest neighborhood plans and has experienced rapidly increasing housing costs.
